During the arrest of a 9-year-old child, it started with this one officer keeping her held to the ground to an entire group of male officers with one female cop trying to have her shoved into a vehicle and using excessive force despite her telling them that she has a bad arm and calling out for her father.
As you see from the photo, she is on the ground already in handcuffs here. According to law enforcement procedures, the cop would have already frisked her. So she is obviously unarmed while on the ground, but her arrest doesn't stop there and ends up where two officers were pepper spraying her in the backseat of a car while they were trying to stuff her in. Outside of the car were many more officers for this one little girl.
