Awareness during Black History Month
Issues that have been happening for so many years before many of were even born are still occurring when it comes to law enforcement arresting a Black Man. A choke hold does not occur at first sight. The issue needs to be solved from the very beginning of how they are viewed in order for things to change permanently.
